茫茫海天之间，成片的银白色“风车”，千锤万击扎入深泥，塔机林立耸入长空，借助海风慷慨的力量，风轮高高伸展起翅膀，飞旋出电流，迸发出光芒，演绎穿越世界的快乐。
四季轮回，与明月清风朝夕相伴，于刺骨寒风中坚守不灭的信念，“风车”无言矗立，守护岁月静好，幻化出自然的能量。
广袤天宇之下，随风而动，心之所向，便是“星辰大海”。

Moving with the Wind
On the shores of the Bohai Bay， the tide is changing rapidly， the sea water is colorful， and life is endless d e s p i t e t h e c h a n g e s o f w o r l d l y affairs.
Between the sea and the sky， v a s t s t r e t c h e s o f s i l v e r y w h i t e“W i n d m i l l s” a r e i n s e r t e d i n t o t h e d e p t h s o f t h e e a r t h . T o w e r c r a n e s s t a n d i n g r e a t n u m b e r s ， s e e m i n g t o b e r e a c h i n g t o w a r d the sky. Relying on the generous p o w e r o f s e a w i n d s ， r o t o r s spread their wings high， produce electricity， release brilliant rays， and show the joy of travel across the world.
S e a s o n s a l t e r n a t e w i t h o n e another. Accompanied by the moon a n d b r e e z e s e v e r y d a y ， h o l d i n g fast to the unquenchable faith in the biting wind， “Windmills” stand silently to bring out the energy of nature.
