谢谢小秘书的邀请不管什么专业，考研与否是根据自己的需求而定的，护理学专业也一样。
1.如果题主硕士之前的学历足够能顺利有一份满意的工作，那么不考研也无妨。
2.如果题主因为学历限制自己的职业发展，考研是不错的选择。
3.如果题主自己对学历有追求，或者有名校情节，考研是一次提升学历，实现名校梦的不二选择。
至于护理学考研难不难，这不是一个一概而论的问题，考研分为初试和复试，考察的侧重点不同，难度不同，而且，学校的层次，专业的强弱，学校的位置，报考人数，招生人数的影响。
个人认为：对考研难度影响最大的因素是学校的层次和专业的强势。
比如北大医学院，吉林大学白求恩医学院，南大的医学院，中南大学湘雅医学院等，是护理硕士甚至医学类专业的顶尖大学，每年也是医学类学生报考的热门，难度很大。
即使进入复试，竞争也很激烈，发挥失常也容易被刷。
但是比如地方性的大学，哈尔滨医科大学，天津医科大学，山西医科大学，河北医科大学等这类大学找对容易，进入复试线被录取的可能性很大。
所以，对于任何专业考研目标院校的选择，都需要认真思考，慎重考虑。
