C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc你在你电脑中打开上面位置里边有个host的文件，用记事本打开，看看里边是不是有google的ip被屏蔽了，正常情况应该是这样的。

另外，如果用代理也上不去，那最大的可能就是网络的问题，找个网页代理试试看吧。
