美国的爱荷华大学的本科有语言的双录取吗？

印象中，该校应该是从2010年开始取消有条件录取（Conditional Admission）的，Students whose scores do not meet the minimum TOEFL (or alternatives) are not considered for admission to the University. These students may apply for admission to the Iowa Intensive English Program (IIEP).如果语言不够，只能直接申请语言课程，待语言达标之后才会考虑专业课程的录取。
