Dear Jim, I hope you can have a wonderful American course next week,I'm very proud of you.But here are something about the rent you have to know,you have to spend much money on the hourse in America.The rent in the country is more expensive than in the countryside,you can choose the cheaper one if you want to save money .As a lessee, you'd better give money to landlord on time, it's very impotant to obey the rules in the foreign country.I will miss you when you have been in America .
