I am proudly from China. And my culture raises me to be friendly and considerate of other people. Moreover, my culture instills diligence in me since I was a kid. Thus, I will do my best to finish my part. Meanwhile, I will help others if they have trouble. I will also be modest when I need their advice. When people of diverse backgrounds get together, conflicts could be involved. In this scenario, I will still be polite and listen carefully to their ideas first, and then I will contribute my opinions. I hope all of us will work constructively to create a best result. For a group project, we need to hold onto some essential principles: 1) we need to submit our project in time; 2) we need to guarantee its quality; 2) we need to value team spirit.
