我现在面临非常纠结的选校问题。 手上有UCL（伦敦大学），LSE（伦敦政经）和美国的rice大学的本科offer

politics and economics could be the best for LSE. but anything about engineering is down..
UCL still has a quite good engineering department....
Both of the above are in London, it could be an advantage in terms of the diverse life..
As for Rice.. I don't know...
