I'm not sure of the rating, but it's quite famous in Denmark and also all 5 North Europe countries.
I was enrolled in 2005, at that time we don't need to submit GRE, but TOEFL or IELTS is needed. I used TOEFL, the line is 580, quite easy to get.
Now DTU charged fee for Master students, so the Chinese students only come here when they have scholarship. I'm not sure the percent that applicants can get scholarship, but now the number of Chinese students is around 10 per year, much less than before.
