程序比较复杂，只能简单来说。以HEC为例，明年秋季的博士申请已经开始，所需材料如下：
GMAT or GRE (Management study aptitude tests). TAGE-MAGE (the French test) is also accepted.
TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC (English language aptitude tests).
Other documents to provide:
2 recommendation letters,
CV and cover letter motivating your choice of pursuing a PhD in Management at HEC Paris,
copies of diplomas and degrees,
transcripts of most recent degrees,
any research material that might be useful (dissertation, paper...) in .pdf format,
copy of your ID or passport,
1 digital photo,
application fees (70€) and payment agreement.

一般来说，除工作经验和GMAT之外，最重要的是你的研究经历和未来的研究论题。另外，在通过基本的材料审核之后，学校会有面试。从申请到确定录取大概有半年的时间。
