As far as I know, the language ability is essential, which helps you communicate with others and makes it easier for you to understand the course. Besides , you should have the ability to adapt quickly to the new environment. What’s more, your interest is valued as well, for it has a lot to do with success. Last but not least, those who are willing to shoulder social responsibility are especially respected and welcomed.
