If your English is fluent, you are much better prepare than most Chinese students. Try to seek opportunities to practice your English. Watch CCTV 9 news announcers talk and see how they move their mouth and tongue. Repeat what they say, and listen to your own sound. Correct and say it again. By hearing yourself, you can improve rapidly. English is a skill, only can improve when practice.
Forget about science and engineering, these degree can only help you find a job and work for somebody the rest of your life.
Look for areas you like, and opportunities in business, such as marketing.
However, if your grades are poor, then, you may as well forget universities. You can only go to university only if your school grade is the best.
