For most graduates, the best choice after graduation is to stay and find a job in the city. The reasons are as follows.
First, in their opinion, they can be offered better job opportunities if they stay in big cities, which is what the graduates desire most.
Second, life in bigger cities is easier as well as convenient. For example taking a trip or buying good doesn't seem any difficult for people living in bigger cities.
Third, information is available to graduates when they want to shift jobs and they can get more about the outer world through various media.
In my opinion, working in the rural and faraway places can help graduates experience more, what's more, hardship can train people better.
