摘 要：炭罐初始工作能力是衡量炭罐工作能力的一個重要指标。通过对炭罐的初始工作能力及有效容积的不确定度分别进行计算，并且考虑参数之间的相关性，计算得到更加精确的炭罐初始工作能力测量不确定度结果。

Abstract：The initial working capacity of the canister is an important index to measure the working capacity of the canister. By calculating the uncertainty of the initial working capacity and effective volume of the canister， and considering the correlation between the parameters， a more accurate measurement uncertainty result of the initial working capacity of the canister can be obtained.
