Try to run this command from the system terminal. Make sure that you use the correct version of ‘pip’ installed for your Python interpreter located at ‘D:quantvenvscriptspython.exe’.
解决方法
1、pip install wheel
2、cmd python 中查看版本型号
3、https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/
在此网址中寻找对应的 通常为Python的版本 win32 o rwin64 所要的包 并下载
4、cmd cd至*.whl 锁在的文件夹 pip install .whl
