ERROR: Could not build wheels for pycocotools which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly

一，通过pip安装pycocotools时遇到这个问题，ERROR: Could not build wheels for pycocotools which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly，网上搜了好多方法也没有解决。

 二，于是根据错误里面的提示， error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required. Get it with "Microsoft C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/

下载Visual，在visual安装时要勾选c++和python。

 三，安装好visual后再次运行pip install pycocotools，成功安装。
