请求作文批改（托福的）,马上考了,Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?It is not realistic that people expect to work in the same company or for the same employer for their whole life.There is no way around the fact that in this day and age people have more opportunities to choose their jobs,no matter he or she is looking for a job for the first time.And when it comes to the question that whether individuals should work in the same place for a whole life,personally,I hold the view that it depends on the category of job an individual is doing.First,if a person is good at a certain professional job which needs specific skills,he/she should work in the company for a relatively long time,even the whole life.As is known to us all,professional jobs,like computer technology and bio-technology,are often needed in particular fields,so few opportunities are available for the professionally-skilled individuals to find a job.Therefore,if they are employed by a company and work well,it is not necessarily the case that other better jobs are easy to be found,because as I just mentioned,they will have difficulties in finding a new company matching their major.Even if they have found a new job,they have to spend a lot of time and energy to get familiar with new environment and equipment,and to learn extra knowledge to fit the new company's circumstances.Second,people doing other jobs,which does not call for professional skills,should not work for a company for so long,since the condition of labour market is changing dramatically all the time and it is possible for them to search for a better job to get more salaries and lead a happier life.According to a survey by Mr.Fei Xiaotong,a celebrated sociologist in China,more than 60% of the unskilled workers leave the company they were working for in the year of 2009 and most of them found a satisfying job finally.In sum,we can come to the conclusion that to choose work for a company for a whole life or to change a job at some time should be related to the personal condition of an employee and there is not a best answer to the question to all the people.
