Sexual discrimination Although the practice of Feminist movement has never stopped and relevant laws have been enacted to protect women’s right,gender discrimination still can be seen frequently in our daily life。Compared to man,women have more difficulty in getting a job and more chance of getting demoted or denied when they are qualified for the job the same as or even better than man 。What’s more ,sexual harassment to women is another common phenomenon can be seen at office 。The concept of gender inequality is the first factor to blame for sexual discrimination。Employerstend to think that men are stronger and more hard-working then women,and less trouble for the fact that women who are pregnant need holiday to deliver the baby 。Lack of respect for women is another factor responsible for sexual harassment 。As far as I am concerned ,to solve the problem ,certain associations should be established to supervise companies and women themselves ought to increase the awareness of seeking legal help to protect their righst。
