Why is it that we cannot get what we want a lot of times? Why is it there are things to be done and we put them off unintentionally? Why do we have fears and anxieties when we facing certain challenges? This is all to do with personal growth。 This is because that we are in the struggle to achieve self-recognition and self-positioning。We all know that everybody is different。 Everybody possesses certain capability and characteristics。 In the social life, a person has to understand how he is like and how the social environment functions in order to find his place in the society。 We go through this process through education and practice。 First of all, we should have self-awareness, to know we are good with something but not good with some other things。 We try to overcome our weakness。 We try to improve our moral standard, academicals and social skills and so on。 Finally, we should not only find our position in the society; we contribute to the society with our works。 That is self-realization。
