Is there someone who want to learn Chinese in Xi'an?

Is there someone who want to learn Chinese in Xi'an?I'm a student from Xi'an international studies university and I wonder to teach some people Chinese from other country.Mabe we could make friend with each other,either.If you are working or studying in Xi'an,U could get the chance.
