英语翻译(1) Each Party shall treat as confidential the Confidential Information,and adopt and maintain preventive and security measures,as required or suggested by any Applicable Laws and no less than the measures adopted by it for protecting its most important confidential information and trade secrets.(2) Party A agrees that Party B shall not be liable to Party A for any suits,damages,claims,costs or expenses arising from the services under this Legal Consultancy Contract rendered by the attorney appointed by Party B for an amount in excess of the total fees payable by Party A to Party B for the service rendered by the attorney appointed by Party B.(3) In case that any provision of this Contract is held invalid,without prejudice to the fundamental intent of this Contract,the remainder hereof is of effect and enforceability.
