Plugin ‘org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:‘ not found的解决方法

pom.xml文件报Plugin 'org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:' not found错误。

报错代码如下：

                org.springframework.boot
                spring-boot-maven-plugin

解决方法是增加版本号，例如：

                org.springframework.boot
                spring-boot-maven-plugin
                2.1.9.RELEASE
