ArcGIS安装报错 Error: Error 1935: An error occurred during the installation of assembly

帮客户安装ArcGIS，报错Error: Error 1935: An error occurred during the installation of assembly，然后查资料说让卸载.net framework,发现.net framework安装的有问题，卸载4.8版本的.net framework时一直报错无法访问Windows Installer服务，记录一下重新安装net framework的过程。

看了n个帖子，然后按照步骤试了好多遍，不知道为什么.net framework为什么一直卸载不了

1. 查看自己的系统时32位还是64位（我的计算机右键属性查看）

2. 以管理员权限运行cmd

   //32为系统
   cd C:WindowsSystem32
   msiexec.exe /unreg
   msiexec.exe /regserver
   //64位系统
   cd C:WindowsSysWOW64
   msiexec.exe /unreg
   msiexec.exe /regserver
   //注册dll（64位系统为例，如果是32位系统进入到C:WindowsSystem32目录执行注册命令）
   cd C:WindowsSysWOW64
   regsvr32 msi.dll
   

3. Windows+R打开运行窗口，输入services.msc打开服务管理窗口

4. 找到Windows Installer，设置为手动启动或者自动启动，点击启动

5. 打开cmd窗口，运行sfc /scannow命令

6. 重启机器

7. 下载 Windows Installer清除工具，找到.net framework4.8，然后点击删除。

8. 打开卸载和安装程序，发现.net framework4.8还在，过段点击修复，重新下载安装后没有提示无法访问Windows Installer服务

9. 重新安装arcgis软件，一切正常
