ansible安装遇到的问题，不太懂，望大神指教

环境：redhat 8.2版本。想要安装ansible。

yum仓库文件：

[BaseOS]

出现问题：

上次元数据过期检查：0:00:26 前，执行于 2022年06月01日 星期三 06时08分27秒。
错误：
 问题: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides /usr/bin/python3.8 needed by ansible-5.4.0-2.el8.noarch
  - nothing provides python(abi) = 3.8 needed by ansible-5.4.0-2.el8.noarch
  - nothing provides (ansible-core >= 2.12.2 with ansible-core < 2.13) needed by ansible-5.4.0-2.el8.noarch
(尝试添加 '--skip-broken' 来跳过无法安装的软件包 或 '--nobest' 来不只使用最佳选择的软件包)
