错误分析：
- 【说明】：当时百度错误信息时，网上大多的修改方法是，关闭防火墙 ，端口和权限，但是我认为做这方面的应该不会犯不关防火墙这么简单的错误，而且之前我写了一个测试方法，上传一张简单的照片是可以成功。因此错误应该不在防火墙方面。
- 【分析】：在第二错误信息中我发现，它提示exception occured while sending cmd，也就是在发送cmd命令时发生的异常，因此我联想到可能是上传的视频过大或过长，导致连接超时抛出的错误。

- 【说明】：我先上传了一张图片，上传成功，紧接着我将报错的视频赋值到地址中进行测试。出现和上面相同的错误，然后我进行Debug打断点进行查看，发现在读取视频时，视频的路径为乱码，因此我联想到可能是中文路径的原因，因为我一开始将小视频存在桌面上一个中文的文件夹下。因此导致错误。

- 【分析】：通过第二个错误信息发现应该是在上传视频写入时出现错误，但是可以肯定的是连接超时造成的，同时通过Debug断点发现，读取的中文路径全是乱码，因此分析可能是因为中文路径读取不到造成的。
