麒麟鲲鹏arm 64位主机，直接yum install docker可能找不到，需要更换镜像源等，更换之后可能还会出现比如下报错：
nothing provides container-selinux >= 2:2.74 needed by docker-ce-3:20.10.15-3.el7.aarch64
那位为了避免环境设置，可以用离线形式来安装docker服务。
- 下载docker，解压，并且移动解压出来的二进制文件到 /usr/bin 目录中，并且测试启动
wget -r https://download.docker.com/linux/static/stable/aarch64/docker-17.09.0-ce.tgz tar -zxvf docker-20.10.9.tgz mv docker/* /usr/bin/ dockerd
- 进入到系统服务目录，创建docker服务文件
cd /usr/lib/systemd/system
touch docker.service，并且将以下内容粘贴到该文件中，保存

成功启动后docker ps等命令在当下的麒麟鲲鹏arm系统中国你就可以正常使用了！
