Jupyter Notebook中出现IOPub data rate exceeded错误
jupyter notebook运行数据较大时，为了防止软件crash，会自动停止，出现如下提示
IOPub data rate exceeded. The notebook server will temporarily stop sending output to the client in order to avoid crashing it. To change this limit, set the config variable --NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit

解决办法：
1、临时设置
在启动jupyter notebook时，添加如下参数（临时，每次启动都需要设置参数）

jupyter notebook --NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit=1000000000 #即把默认的1000000数字调大即可

2、永久设置

vim ~/.jupyter/jupyter_notebook_config.py
# 在最后添加
c.NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit = 1000000000
