解决方案
正常安装的时候我们都是用 pip install 三方库
如果出现上述错误 ，就把命令改成
pip --trusted-host pypi.python.org install 三方库
pip install 后面跟自己要安装的库名即可
python -m pip install 库名 --trusted-host=pypi.python.org --trusted-host=pypi.org --trusted-host=files.pythonhosted.org
