连接mysql出现报错

根据错误信息很明显是时间不统一问题，
这是在使用MySQL 8.0以上版本（MySQL连接驱动和版本都是8.0以上）的时候出现的问题错误，
比较快的解决方法是直接在配置的url中添加参数。
?serverTimezone=UTC
修改前后的区别如下，演示使用的是python，其他语言也是同理
，

修改后，
option("url", "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/spark?serverTimezone=UTC")
