flume上传目录到hdfs上后，删除hdfs中的目录后，再次进行flume上传没有反应，也没有报错。

原因：头一次上传文件成功后，会给原文件加上一个.COMPLETED的后缀。导致不能再重新上传。

eg：

-r--------. 1 root root 1309481 3月  20 19:29 zhengzhou.txt

flume采集后变成

-r--------. 1 root root   41078 3月  20 19:28 changchun.txt.COMPLETED
-r--------. 1 root root  400758 3月  20 19:29 chengdu.txt.COMPLETED
-r--------. 1 root root    1726 3月  20 19:29 hangzhou.txt.COMPLETED
-r--------. 1 root root   42390 3月  20 19:29 shenyang.txt.COMPLETED
-r--------. 1 root root  176953 3月  20 19:29 suzhou.txt.COMPLETED
-r--------. 1 root root 1309481 3月  20 19:29 zhengzhou.txt.COMPLETED
 

解决方法：

删除原文件，重新上传即可。
