选择合适的版本获取命令：在这里可以用官网的命令在conda终端运行下载，可是往往会卡在torch这个大头上，我一开始用的学校校园网，总是会有点问题，也试了镜像，速度依然慢，这时就可以试着用流量热点下载，一点几个G的torch包的流量应该有吧（月底当我没说）
