python怎么用比图的方式判断菜单是灰色的还是黑色的，彩图对比

网上看到好多python图片比较的库都是转换成灰度图再比较，那么怎么做彩图对比呢，比如一个菜单的禁用灰色状态和启用黑色显示状态，用比图的方式怎么比出来，求大神指点

以下这个是我从网上看的比图的代码，精度还可以，就是没办法做颜色的比较
