1解压 软件,然后复制 config 目录下的 server.properties文件 三份

3 在终端中执行一下命令

nohup /Users/myh/soft-learn/kafka-3.1.0/bin/kafka-server-start.sh /Users/myh/soft-learn/kafka-3.1.0/config/server3.properties > /Users/myh/soft-learn/kafka-3.1.0/logs/start.log 2>&1 &

到此为止,去看下 server.log 这个文件,你会发现启动成功了
