修改启动文件重载服务配置初始化数据库
修改启动文件此处默认使用RPM包将PG安装完成，默认会在/usr/lib/systemd/system/下创建一个postgresql.service文件，文件内容如下：

修改Environment=PGDATA=/var/lib/pgsql/data这一行，如：
Environment=PGDATA=/data1/pgsql/data重载服务配置
然后reload一下，不然会报错：
systemctl daemon-reload初始化数据库
postgresql-setup initdb
初始化完成后启动服务：
