@Service注解要用org.apache.dubbo.config.annotation.Service;

当出现No provider available for the
service的时候，先检查自己的service提供者是否真的已经成功启动，如果启动成功了，还是报这个错误，再检查一下自己的
xml配置文件，需要配置对才能提供服务.
另外，还有一个需要注意的地方，@Service 和 @Reference 这两个的注解需要是
com.alibaba.dubbo.config.annotation 包下的才行
