1.下载anaconda Index of /https://repo.anaconda.com/archive/
选择指定的版本，我选的是 Anaconda3-2019.03-MacOSX-x86_64.sh ，python版本如下：

pip install Jupiter
2.安装tensorflow 环境，指定从清华镜像下载会快一些
pip install tensorflow -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
3.安装torch环境
pip install torch -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
