java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unexpected state handle type, expected one of: class org.apache.flink.runtime.state.KeyGroupsStateHandle, but found: class org.apache.flink.runtime.state.IncrementalRemoteKeyedStateHandle. This can mostly happen when a different StateBackend from the one that was used for taking a checkpoint/savepoint is used when restoring.

选择的 checkpoint 文件有问题
解决：
更换为更早的checkpoint , 重启解决
