原因分析作业运行超出虚拟内存的限制，不能提供足够的资源
问题解决在yarn-site.xml文件中添加如下取消虚拟内存限制检查
yarn.nodemanager.vmem-check-enabled false
注意将配置文件分发给每个工作的节点
