【已解决】安装pyltp报错ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1:

环境：
操作系统：windows10
python版本：python 3.8
IDE：pycharm

安装pyltp库时报错，Command errored out with exit status 1:，通过安装日志发现此处错误：

error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required. Get it with "Microsoft C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/
    ----------------------------------------

按照提示链接下载对应的运行库无法解决。

解决方法：

安装此文件后再次添加
