把cmd.exe改成git-cmd.exe，测试 ~

下一个问题，（python3和git都安装好了）开始再次运行pytorch的命令，再次提示

按最后一行，但是还是提示fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

再输入git status显示了一些未提交的文件，不重要。然后运行上图的git命令没提示，运行完成。
