[MDM9607]编译lighttpd，修改lighttpd

        MDM9607编译lighttpd需要在线下载软件包lighttpd-1.4.36.tar.xz,如果服务器没有网络，就无法执行编译，可以手动下载lighttpd软件包，然后拷贝到服务器

修改mdm9607-le-2-0_amss_standard_oem.git/apps_proc/poky/meta/recipes-extended/lighttpd/lighttpd_1.4.36.bb文件
