Windows下的 python-ldap 安装

下载： python_ldap-3.3.1-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whl
这个需要注意，需要安装指定版本，cp39代表是python3.9的版本，我安装的就是这个。
下边这个方式安装会无解,各种报错无法解决：
