这是因为安装的时候，同时安装了PyQtWebEngine和PyQtWebEngine-qt5这两个包，这两个包的安装顺序不同，可能会导致数据的覆盖（混乱？我猜的）
最开始，参考网上pip uninstall PyQt5-stubs后，没有解决这个问题
然后参考了stack overflow 上的解答，重新安装了上面两个包，问题就解决了。
While the prerequisite that installs the Qt5 tooling does end up installed, it is somehow messed up. Install it manually first ensured everything got placed where it was supposed to be.
pip uninstall PyQtWebEngine
pip uninstall PyQtWebEngine-qt5
pip install PyQtWebEngine-qt5
pip install PyQtWebEngine
问题就解决了
