• 解释：
  异常是java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError，且后面都是Caused by: java.io.IOException:Could not find resource com/zone/dao/UserMapper.xml，也就是io问题，找不到文件。
• 解决：
  网上基本都是在pom.xml文件中加入build标签并配置标签resources, 作用是防止资源导出失败问题，也就是将xml文件导出到class文件夹那边。这样其实是对的，只是可能存在其它异常，导致我们一直执着于修改pom.xml
• 重点：如果有其它异常，务必先排除
  例如xml文件注释写错了，像Invalidate)。
