2.1 加载beanDefinations入口

   this.reader.loadBeanDefinitions(resource);

通过 XmlBeanDefinitionReader 类的loadBeanDefinitions方法 本质上是对资源进行编码

然后调用 doLoadBeanDefinitions 方法ci

 此段代码中 两个核心函数 doLoaddocument 将resouce进行加载解析 成对应的document元素树

registerBeanDefinitions 对document中的元素属性进行注册到当前bean类中

最终解析document中的bean元素的类型 DefaultBeanDefinitiondocumentReader
