在安装Tensorflow-gpu之前，我们需要安装cuda和cudnn等。对于Tensorflow的gpu版本最重要的是配方（CUDA、cuDNN、Tensorflow版本的搭配）。

使用Anaconda来创建环境（建议python3.6+cuda10+cudnn7.6+tensorflow1.14.0为例）
conda create -n tensorflow1.14 python=3.6 activate tensorflow1.14 conda install cudatoolkit=10.0 conda install cudnn=7.4 conda install tensorflow-gpu==1.14.0
验证
python import tensorflow as tf tf.test.is_gpu_available()
pip还源
pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
