IDEA MAVEN 使用 jquery 3.4.1 报错 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

IDEA 版本 2021.1.3
MAVEN版本 3.8.1
导入jQuery

随便写点jquery然后部署到服务器

报错如图：
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined at Jquery.html:8
就真的神烦，因为不知道是什么原因（也请知道的大神指点一下小老弟）在网上百度无果非常头疼。
在晚上做项目时发现应该是版本问题，我换了一个版本能运行了
