连接数据库的配置文件

driver=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/数据库名?useSSL=true&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&serverTimezone=GMT%2b8
username=root
password=123456
注意&是一个转义符，有的地方不用使用直接&即可,在Java中要& ，在properties文件中则只需要写一个&
