cuda 11安装pytorch-gpu：

pip install torch==1.7.1+cu110 torchvision==0.8.2+cu110 torchaudio===0.7.2 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

测试，测试程序：

flag = torch.cuda.is_available()
if flag:
    print("CUDA可使用")
else:
    print("CUDA不可用")

ngpu= 1

device = torch.device("cuda:0" if (torch.cuda.is_available() and ngpu > 0) else "cpu")

输出：

CUDA可使用
