问题是：

我们无法在GitHub中授权您。很抱歉给您带来不便，请稍后再试。

在pycham中添加gihub方式的时候选择：2  log in with token不要选择1 log in via github 

1. log in via github  通过github登录
2. log in with token 使用令牌登录
3. log in github enterprise登录github企业

选择log in with token之后直接点击generate按钮 可以跳转在浏览器中生成token.

回到pycharm中复制可以了
