北大曹健老师的课程，在class6一直报错。
TensorFlow2.1GPU版本，于是将Numpy版本修改为1.18.5，问题解决。
后又换回原版本，又继续报出error，目前可以理解为确实是版本不对应。
之前版本：Version 1.20.3
操作步骤：
1.pip uninstall numpy 2.pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --upgrade numpy==1.18.5
